The Details...

Includes:

  • Access to the event barn, ceremony site, groomsmen's suite & greenhouse Friday-Sunday for set up & clean-up

  • Access to the farmhouse & bridal boudoir the day of the wedding

  • All furniture in barn (tables, chairs, buffets, couches, barrels, stools, etc.)

  • Wooden hexagon wedding arch & burlap aisle runner

  • Fire pit, ping pong, lawn games, treehouse, swing, ponies & mini cows to feed

  • One hour site rental for engagement photos or bridal portraits

  • Multiple site visits for planning, if needed

Requirements:

  • 125 guests or less, departing by 10 pm
  • One day event insurance ($90)
  • Online ABC banquet license ($55), if serving alcohol
  • Acoustic band, low volume DJ or bluetooth speakers (no amplified live music)
  •  $2500 for the weekend (April-October) or $1500 (November-March)

  • 50% deposit to save the date, balance due after the wedding, monthly installments available
