Requirements:
- 125 guests or less, departing by 10 pm
- Online ABC banquet license ($55), if serving alcohol
- One day event insurance ($70-$125, depending on guest count)
- Acoustic bands, low volume DJs or bluetooth speakers (no amplified live music)
