Rental Fee:
- Peak (May, June, Sept, Oct): $4000 for Fri-Sun
- Off Peak (April, July, Aug, Nov): $3000 for Fri-Sun

Requirements:
- 125 guests or less, departing by 10 pm
- ABC banquet license, if serving alcohol
- One day event insurance
- Acoustic bands, low volume DJs or bluetooth speakers (no amplified live music)
