Access to the event barn and wedding meadow Friday-Sunday for set up & clean-up

Access to the farmhouse the day of the wedding for bridal party preparations

All furniture in barn (tables, chairs, buffets, couches, barrels, stools, etc.)

Requirements:
- 100 guests or less
- Acoustic bands (we can recommend many) or low volume bluetooth/DJ
- Online ABC banquet license ($40), if serving alcohol
- One day event insurance waiver (through your insurance company or online), if serving alcohol
- Site fee is $2500 for the whole weekend (April-October) or $1500 (November-March)

50% deposit required to save the date, remainder due after the wedding
