EVENT BARN

The Full Bloom Barn was built by hand 115 years ago and has been used for horses, dairy cows, hay and tobacco. It has new life as a venue for weddings, elopements, parties, showers & more! With a stage, lounge seating, game room, stone fire pit and grand views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, it's the perfect setting for your milestone memories!

The Details...

Includes:

  • Access to event barn, greenhouse, groom's suite, farmhouse kitchen & pastures

  • Stone fire pit, game room, treehouse, swing, ponies & mini cows to feed​

Rental price:

  • $150 per hour, available March-December

  • 3 hour minimum rental, 2 hours of complimentary set-up time

  • 50% deposit to save the date, balance due after event

  • Weekend wedding prices here, hourly wedding prices here​

Requirements:

  • 125 guests or less, departing by 10 pm

  • Online ABC Banquet License, if serving alcohol

  • One day event insurance

  • Acoustic band, low volume DJ or bluetooth speakers (no amplified live music)

  • We offer a variety of custom florals & rentals to make you event special! View them here

  • You are welcome to use any vendors you like, we have a few recommendations here

  • Optional overnight stay in our vintage Airstream
